At Nala, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a smooth transition back to our studio.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email or generated through our portal.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a pickup for your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
